Lilley Farms Natural Holstein Beef is raised without the use of anti-biotics or growth hormones. Our beef are fed for a lean, tender texture.
Our naturally raised beef is processed at a Maine Department of Agriculture inspected facility and comes frozen and vacuum sealed.
Holstein Beef
Holstein beef has 25 to 30 percent less fat than other beef breeds. Holstein beef is a good source of lean protein. Compared to traditional beef breeds, Holstein beef has more marbling which contibutes to the flavor and tenderness of the meat.
